Do you possess the strategic insight necessary to uncover opportunities, cultivate relationships, and achieve outstanding results in a competitive landscape? If you’re a sales-oriented professional who enjoys building valuable partnerships and driving business expansion, then our client has an incredible opportunity for you. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager (Staffing)—or as we like to call it, The Growth Catalyst—to spearhead our initiatives in enhancing our staffing solutions, fostering new client connections, and expanding our presence in the market.

Imagine being the key contributor to our company’s expansion, where your expertise in connecting with decision-makers and delivering customized staffing solutions leads to heightened revenue and lasting partnerships. In your role as the Business Development Manager at our client, you will lead impactful sales initiatives, develop promising business avenues, and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional staffing services.

    Your Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Sales and Business Growth:

  • Client Prospecting and Lead Development:
    • Actively seek and pursue fresh business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and online research. Generate and assess leads to forge new partnerships with organizations requiring staffing solutions.
  • Relationship Building and Client Management:
    • Develop and sustain robust client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and aligning our services accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our staffing solutions are custom-tailored to fit each client’s unique requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually advantageous terms. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to finalize agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
    • Work in partnership with our internal recruiting teams to guarantee that client staffing demands are met promptly and effectively. Ensure alignment between client expectations and available talent to secure optimal placements for every position.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring our organization maintains a competitive edge in the staffing arena. Provide valuable insights to leadership, contributing to the shaping of our growth strategy.
  • Performance Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators, such as lead conversion rates and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports for leadership, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring sales objectives are achieved.

    Who You Are:
