    We are on the lookout for a committed Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating our client’s diverse portfolio and exploring new growth opportunities.

    Your key responsibilities will encompass:

    • Building and maintaining robust business relationships with clients to identify and drive new collaboration and project opportunities.
    • Promoting a wide array of products and services, crafting customized presentations that resonate with prospective clients’ strategic objectives.
    • Ensuring all contracts meet legal and company standards, handling documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Utilizing market insights and intelligence to stay at the forefront of industry trends, providing guidance on strategic initiatives.
    • Implementing effective communication and negotiation tactics to cultivate consensus among various stakeholders.
    • Developing and sustaining a broad network of industry professionals to support business development strategies.
    • Leading lead generation initiatives to convert prospects into long-lasting customers and nurturing fruitful partnerships.
    • Conducting meetings and presentations through advanced platforms, effectively engaging international audiences.
    • Representing the company at trade shows and conferences to scout for new business leads and opportunities.

    What we’re looking for in candidates:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Liquidity Technology Sales, Software Sales, or adjacent roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of Crypto, Spot FX, Metals, and CFD liquidity.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant position.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in English.

    Additional preferred qualifications include:

    • Extensive experience participating in expos and conferences.
    • A solid professional network in the FinTech sector and exceptional networking skills.
