    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base salary potential ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, depending on your experience and skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advance the Stine Seed Company brand by boosting sales and visibility at retail dealer locations within your designated territory.
    • Supply retail dealers with up-to-date product information, agronomic expertise, and promotional materials.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge about Stine Seed and its treatment products.
    • Identify key retail dealer prospects and devise a recruitment strategy.
    • Maintain communication with the Director of Retail Development regarding the performance metrics of key accounts.
    • Conduct a minimum of twenty on-site visits to key retail locations each week.
    • Engage in consistent prospecting for new dealers throughout the year.
    • Collaborate to set annual goals for Stine corn and soybeans at each primary retail outlet.
    • Partner with the Director of Team Development to deliver sales training tailored for each essential retail dealer.
    • Organize and participate in sales and product training sessions offered by Stine.
    • Provide precise reporting on account forecasts and sales outcomes.
    • Support the establishment of Stine Success corn and soybean plots for educational purposes.
    • Gather yield data through side-by-side comparisons from retail sites.
    • Encourage the adoption of Stine XP soybean seed treatments at key retail accounts.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum of three years of experience in agricultural retail and seed sales is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Proven track record of effective sales strategies, outstanding negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-starter with the capability to work independently while achieving set objectives.
    • Preference for candidates who excel in fostering and maintaining strong retailer relationships through understanding their needs and achieving outstanding results.
    • Successful candidates will undergo a background check as part of the employment process.
