    This position is pivotal in driving strategic innovation and clinical leadership within Enterprise Imaging. You will tap into industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify emerging opportunities to spearhead growth initiatives. Your role will be to introduce transformative ideas that enhance processes and improve overall customer experience from start to finish. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with solution success, product development, and various customer-facing teams. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary clinical liaison for diverse programs and projects, supporting post-implementation services, leading training initiatives, and enhancing online self-service platforms. Success in this role requires a data-driven approach, effective communication of complex issues, and adept prioritization to meet deadlines while keeping a patient-centric focus. Working cross-functionally, you will gather, test, and evaluate innovative ideas, aligning them with broader business and innovation strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a credentialed medical imaging expert (Radiology or Cardiology)
    • ARRT credentials in:
      • Radiography (R)
      • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
      • Computed Tomography (CT)
      • Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT)
      • Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS)
      • Mammography (M)
      • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)
      • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
      • Radiologist Assistant (RA)
      • Advanced CT
      • Advanced MRI
    • Familiarity with imaging department workflows
    • Proficient in MS O365
    • Strong advanced presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally, as needed
    • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator
    • Background in clinical training
    • Experience in process mapping and revision
    • Knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence
    • Advanced expertise in PACS configuration, including system integration

    The salary for this role ranges from $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined by various factors, such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group strictly adheres to minimum wage laws when applicable.
