    This position is pivotal in driving strategic innovation and clinical leadership within Enterprise Imaging. You will leverage industry insights, competitive analysis, and new market trends to spearhead growth initiatives. Your role will involve introducing innovative concepts to refine processes and offerings, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires close collaboration with multiple teams, including solution success, product development, and other customer-oriented divisions. As a primary clinical point of contact for various programs and projects, you will support post-implementation services, develop training programs, and enhance self-service platforms for users. A strong emphasis will be placed on data-driven problem-solving, articulating complex ideas effectively, and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. You will work across various functions to gather insights, test, and evaluate new ideas that align with business objectives and innovation strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Certification in one or more of the following: Radiography (R), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT), Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS), Mammography (M), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI), Radiologist Assistant (RA), Advanced CT, or Advanced MRI.

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a credentialed medical imaging expert, specializing in Radiology or Cardiology.

    • Familiarity with the workflows of imaging departments.

    • Proficiency in MS O365.

    • Exceptional presentation skills.

    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, domestically and internationally, based on business needs.

    • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator.

    • Background in clinical training.

    • Experience in process mapping and revisions.

    • Working knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence.

    • Advanced expertise in PACS configuration, including system integration capabilities.

    The salary for this role ranges from $71,600 to $140,600 annually for full-time employment. Compensation is influenced by various factors including local labor markets, educational background, professional experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
