    As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multi-site clinical trials that contribute to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Spearheading the management and execution of clinical trial activities, such as site feasibility assessments, site selection, start-up procedures, and the evaluation of essential documentation.
    • Overseeing and monitoring clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and federal regulations.
    • Negotiating contracts with study sites and clearly defining performance metrics and payment milestones.
    • Collaborating with Product Development Lab personnel on clinical studies and verification testing, while assisting Regulatory Affairs with submission processes and gathering clinical evidence for both new and existing products.
    • Presenting study findings at technical meetings and contributing to publication efforts.

    To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, accompanied by a minimum of five (5) years of relevant clinical research experience, covering trial design, protocol preparation, execution, and site management/monitoring in varied work environments.

    OR

    • A High School Diploma/GED and at least nine (9) years of pertinent clinical research experience.

    Additionally, you should have:

    • A minimum of three (3) years managing large, multi-site clinical trials related to medical devices.

    Preferred qualifications that will enhance your candidacy include:

    • A Master’s degree in a health-related field from an accredited institution.
    • Previous experience within a medical device company.
    • Clinical or hospital setting experience (e.g., RN, MA, or NP roles).
    • Certifications in clinical research (SoCRA or ACRP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • Familiarity with GCP guidelines and experience in drafting and revising study reports.
    • Proven capability to successfully manage cross-functional teams and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and customer service orientation.

    Location: This position is fully remote within the USA, with potential travel requirements of up to 25% domestically and internationally.

    For U.S. applicants, the expected compensation range for this role is $137,439 to $167,981, which includes base and potential variable incentive pay. This range is a good faith estimate and will vary based on your qualifications and experience. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans.
