We are actively seeking a Senior Cloud Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the United States.
As part of a dynamic intelligence unit, you will play a crucial role in investigating, monitoring, and analyzing cyber threats in cloud and SaaS environments. Your analytical acumen will enable the identification of threat actor behaviors, bolster detection initiatives, and elevate response strategies across major cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, and Okta. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, utilizing data, telemetry, and open-source intelligence to generate comprehensive insights and actionable reports for both internal teams and clients. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate current and emerging threats across leading cloud and SaaS platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and identity services including Okta and EntraID.
- Examine cloud telemetry and activity trends to detect unusual behavior, guide detection strategies, and deliver operational insights.
- Create and disseminate intelligence reports and threat assessments centered on TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures), adversary activity, and malware analysis.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of detection protocols and response strategies in line with identified threats.
- Characterize and monitor new threat clusters, assembling actionable intelligence, and sharing your findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with the wider information security community, collaborate with clients, and help them comprehend threat models and response protocols.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts while contributing to the evolution of team methodologies, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Extensive understanding of cloud security principles and hands-on experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cyber threat intelligence, adversary tracking, and leveraging open-source research.
- Familiarity with security analytics tools, platforms, and query languages such as SQL, Splunk, or Elasticsearch.
- Capability to discern and attribute threat activity, with insights into malware families, attacker behaviors, and general attack methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical threats to varied audiences.
- Experience in Threat Intelligence, SOC, or DFIR roles is highly advantageous.
- A strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration in a fast-paced, mission-oriented setting.
