About the Opportunity
Are you an innovative leader with a sharp commercial mindset, strategic vision, and a fervor for digital and social media? We are on the lookout for a savvy professional to spearhead one of our agency/client hubs. In this pivotal role, you will be charged with driving revenue growth, overseeing a substantial portion of our departmental finances, and motivating a high-achieving team to create award-winning, industry-leading campaigns.
You’ll oversee a team of 3-5 direct reports and collaborate closely with Business Directors to cultivate and expand relationships with our most valued long-term clients. Your role will center around delivering fresh, creative concepts that keep us ahead of the competition. Success in this position requires autonomy, strong leadership skills, and effective P&L management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Propel revenue across the hub, consistently exceeding projected forecasts.
- Craft Client Proposals: Design integrated, comprehensive proposals that resonate with client and agency briefs, drawing on your expertise in both Brand and Direct Response activities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Data, Social, Web, and Marketing) to deliver impactful pitches.
- Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior-level clients, establishing long-lasting partnerships.
- Engage Internal Stakeholders: Foster robust connections across business units in Manchester, London, and beyond.
- P&L Oversight: Manage the hub’s P&L, regularly evaluating and forecasting performance.
- Lead Teams: Inspire and nurture a team of talented, high-achieving individuals.
- Innovate Products: Ensure successful deployment of new offerings and capabilities to our clients.
- Act as a Representative: Represent LADbible Group at key industry events and client-facing engagements.
Your Profile
- Extensive knowledge of the digital and social media landscape, coupled with a strong foundation in commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and delivering six-figure, multi-platform branded content solutions.
- Exceptional storytelling and planning skills for crafting industry-leading pitches.
- A network of established senior contacts across agencies, including trading, planning, strategy, and partnerships.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities with a passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in thriving in a fast-paced environment while meeting challenging deadlines.
- A solid understanding of digital display, programmatic advertising, and branded content.
