    Position Details:

    Start Date: Immediate
    Location: UK Remote (with travel for client meetings and occasional gatherings in London)
    Compensation: £65,000 – £75,000, with uncapped OTE ranging from £130,000 to £150,000

    What We’re Looking For:

    To thrive in this role, you should have a solid background in SaaS software sales within the legal sector.

    As our Sales Account Executive, you will expand the Actionstep customer network and achieve sales targets by effectively communicating our value proposition. Your self-motivation and result-focused mindset will enable you to identify new customer opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.

    Required Skills & Capabilities:

    • Over 5 years of SaaS sales experience
    • Understanding of the legal sector (experience with practice management software is beneficial)
    • Proven success in IT/SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Ability to assess customer requirements and forge strong, trustworthy relationships
    • Willingness to go the extra mile, demonstrating a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
    • Technical aptitude with a desire to become proficient in Actionstep’s technology and the legal industry
    • Dynamic energy and a positive mindset
    • Exceptional presentation abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
    • Ability to research, identify, qualify, drive, and close new opportunities
    • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to team goals
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
