In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to meet diverse business process needs within the HR and Talent domains.

Location: This opportunity is fully remote (within the U.S.) or available at any of our locations in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range: Offering a competitive salary between $138,000 and $185,000, commensurate with experience. In exceptional circumstances, compensation may vary beyond this range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate regular sessions with clients to review and discuss the progress of implementation projects.
• Engage in strategic conversations with clients to determine their current processes and future needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled consultants.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors product suite, including configuration options and best practices for integration.
• Guide new consultants through shadowing and learning experiences to enhance their skill sets.
• Contribute to demo sessions during sales meetings with potential clients.
• Provide constructive feedback to management regarding the consulting team’s development and performance.

Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:

• Possess either Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus (but not mandatory).

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Project Leadership Experience:

• Successfully led 3 to 4 or more projects.
• Actively participated in 7 or more projects.
