Role Overview
In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of the product from the ground up. We are seeking a passionate self-starter who is eager to contribute to building a groundbreaking solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions, taking ownership of the overall technical strategy and its ongoing evolution.
• Construct comprehensive features from the ground up using Python.
• Address and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
• Establish test infrastructures, create thorough documentation, and ensure the product operates at peak performance.
• Adhere to development best practices, including Clean Code principles, Clean Architecture, and conduct code reviews.
• Engage in proactive communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in Python development.
• Familiarity with FastAPI is a valuable asset.
• Knowledge of AI applications, LLM, and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment is essential.
• A proactive problem solver with a strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional proficiency in English communication is required.
