Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Director of Strategic Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategy within the Integrated Services business unit. This influential leader will be a strategic thinker who thrives on solving challenges, driving sales enablement, and developing effective strategies that deliver results. Collaboration with sales leaders and a strong foundation in data-driven B2B marketing will be essential to success. This individual will report directly to the SVP of Growth, who heads our Marketing efforts at Anywhere Integrated Services.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and enhance marketing strategies that stimulate revenue growth across our title, escrow, and insurance services in over 30 states. Interact with sales leaders to stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements, aligning priorities accordingly.
Team Leadership: Build and guide a dedicated marketing team focused on achieving our marketing and sales enablement objectives. Cultivate an environment that values data-driven innovation, transparent collaboration, and a commitment to accountability.
Strategic Execution: Oversee the delivery of high-quality marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Work closely with team leaders, our internal marketing agency, external partners, and various cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in our work.
Creative Vision: Enhance our creative and branding efforts, telling compelling stories that resonate with today’s real estate professionals and consumers alike.
Collaborative Roadmapping: Engage with leaders across the title, insurance, and real estate sectors to collaboratively prioritize our marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across functions.
Data-Driven Metrics and Feedback: Establish robust qualitative feedback loops with our leadership and sales teams. Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, management, and strategy.
A proven track record in crafting powerful sales enablement and marketing strategies, particularly for field or geographically dispersed teams.
Proficient in navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders across multiple levels.
Adept at analyzing competitive dynamics and financial information to drive effective positioning and successful product launches.
Collaborative by nature, whether working on pitches for new products or developing compelling value propositions and content.
Exceptional presentation skills, with strong expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management methodologies.
No specific industry experience required; a background in financial services, franchising, or small-business-focused B2B sales is advantageous.
