    Position Overview:

    As an integral member of our expanding Enterprise sales team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships and driving business growth with large enterprise clients. You will set ambitious goals for yourself and adhere to a disciplined approach to reach them. Your strategic, big-picture thinking will enable you to guide customers through a value-focused sales journey, facilitating rapid decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    Your Key Contributions:

    • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Proactively seek, engage, and close new business deals with prominent enterprise clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
    • Account Management & Growth: Oversee and enhance relationships with key accounts, pinpointing opportunities for growth and increasing engagement within customer organizations.
    • Value-Centric Selling: Employ a consultative and solutions-based selling methodology to guide clients through intricate sales processes, showcasing the value of MavenAGI’s innovative offerings in line with their business needs.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align strategies with customer requirements, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing support.
    • Market Intelligence & Strategy Development: Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive environment to create targeted sales strategies that resonate with evolving customer demands.
    • Pipeline & Sales Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately predict sales activity, and provide regular updates on progress towards revenue goals.
    • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for MavenAGI at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing our mission and expanding market visibility.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives through disciplined practice and a focus on delivering customer success.

    Who You Are:

    • Experience: Over 5 years in enterprise sales with a solid history of closing substantial deals and exceeding targets in large organizations.
    • Strategic Engagement Skills: Proven ability to connect and negotiate with C-suite and senior executives, particularly within Fortune 1000 companies.
    • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Customer Experience, Customer Support, or SaaS markets, with a track record of selling high-value solutions.
    • Account Management Proficiency: Competence in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, balancing both hunting and farming skills.
    • Solution-Focused: Strong background in consultative and value-driven selling, with a talent for clearly conveying how solutions meet customer needs and create business impact.
    • Business Insight: Solid financial, technical, and business understanding to navigate complex sales processes and tailor solutions for optimal customer success.
    • Collaborative Partner: Experience in working effectively across departments with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure satisfaction and promote adoption.
    • Personal Attributes: High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, disciplined execution, and a genuine enthusiasm for building customer-centric relationships.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; an MBA is considered an advantage.
