    Your Role and Responsibilities

    As we rapidly expand, we are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will showcase the transformative value of the Scientific Data Cloud to prospective clients. You should be adept at developing territory strategies, segmenting target lists, and managing large account acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include guiding the engagement process for your key accounts from inception to closure. You will work collaboratively within the team, delivering an exceptional level of customer success. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking sales professional passionate about sophisticated data platforms and capable of articulating how these systems manage data ingestion, harmonization, orchestration, and support the journey toward AI/ML adoption.

    • Champion the adoption and growth of the TetraScience Scientific Data Cloud.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to account closure.
    • Identify new opportunities within both existing and target client accounts.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain clear visibility on sales performance by actively managing your pipeline and weekly forecasts.
    • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to navigate complex sales processes efficiently.
    • Contribute to team growth through mentorship and collaboration.
    • Deliver engaging presentations on TetraScience Data Integration Products to various stakeholders, including R&D IT, Informatics, Scientists, Data Scientists, Directors, VPs, CDOs, and Digital Transformation Leaders.
    • Travel to client locations and events to promote TetraScience products and engage with potential customers.

    Your Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales capacity within Cloud Data or related Life Sciences software.
    • Applicants with no prior experience in Cloud Data or related Life Sciences software need not apply.
    • A strong ability to explain how complex data platforms enable ingestion, harmonization, orchestration, and the pathway to AI/ML.
    • A proven track record in closing $1M+ SaaS sales opportunities, with experience in managing large accounts and scaling them into 8-figure engagements.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, demonstrating, and closing deals.
    • Experience with modern sales methodologies such as Force Management, MEDDIC, MEDPIC, Challenger Sales, or Target Account Selling.
    • Familiarity with digital sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and social selling techniques.
    • Strong abilities in forecasting and time management.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
    • A relentless drive for success and professional development.
    • Domain expertise in Biotech, Life Sciences, or Big Pharma is a notable advantage.
