We are in search of a Full-Stack Engineer proficient in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, who is also skilled in backend development with Java (Spring Boot) or Python. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining frontend applications while seamlessly integrating and managing backend services within a dynamic cloud-native ecosystem.

• Partner with product teams and architects to create scalable, robust software solutions.
• Utilize Docker for local development and deployment across cloud platforms.
• Diagnose and enhance performance across both frontend and backend components.
• Take charge of features from inception through to deployment, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Skilled in optimizing UI/UX for responsiveness, accessibility, and overall performance.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and message brokers, such as Kafka.
• Experience integrating with AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, MSK, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python is highly preferred.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with frameworks like NextJS, VueJS, Angular, or similar.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Understanding of authentication methods, including OAuth, JWT, and Cognito.
• Experience with Apache Spark/Flink for real-time data processing is a plus.
• Hands-on involvement with CI/CD tools.
• Commercial awareness and a solid grasp of the public sector.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
