    Requirements:

    • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT related field
    • 3+ years of experience configuring Workday payroll
    • Proven ability to organize and plan the Workday implementation, development through deployment and the ongoing support model
    • Detailed understanding & extensive experience in implementation of large-scale transformation projects in HR
    • Excellent oral communication along with strong written skills to be able to convey messages that have the desired effect
    • Ability to set expectations and deliver the development across the Workday configuration team
    • Good understanding of estimation methodologies
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to drive deadlines with the team

    • The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,640-$144,560. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant%26rsquo;s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
