We are on the lookout for an experienced 3rd Line IT Ops Integration Support Engineer to join our team for a 6-month contract role. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive daily rate between £300 and £400 and falls Outside IR35. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid remote setup, requiring onsite presence in Wiltshire just 1-2 times a week.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Operations, Service Delivery Manager, and the Infrastructure team to drive project success.
• Scope, design, and deliver technical solutions by gathering insights from various internal teams, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and budgetary considerations, while facilitating seamless transitions.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge across the 1st to 3rd line support spectrum to ensure efficient service delivery—experience with Entra and Intune is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate mailbox migrations from service business accounts to IT Ops infrastructure, handling both Microsoft 365 and GSuite platforms with varying levels of IT support as required.
• Oversee information and document store migrations, executing tenant-to-tenant transfers from Microsoft, GSuite to Microsoft migrations, and transfers from third-party document stores to Microsoft.
• Assist in the deployment of endpoints, including laptops and mobile devices, to users.
• Lead efforts to decommission old Services infrastructure, partnering with Compliance teams to assess stored data and establish necessary retention periods.
