Responsibilities
Spearhead and champion the product strategy and roadmap tailored for the European market.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to market launch.
Conduct thorough customer and market discovery to identify key challenges and product opportunities.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to drive informed product decisions and prioritization.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to create and validate innovative product solutions.
Develop user scenarios, use cases, and localized requirements translated into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design partners to launch products successfully.
Establish and monitor product success metrics, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
Engage with key EMEA customers to drive product adoption and generate compelling success stories.
Actively participate in Sales and Onboarding processes to promote product direction and aid in achieving optimal customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years in a product management role with a successful track record of guiding B2B SaaS products from conception to launch.
Strong understanding and experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Technical proficiency that bridges technical challenges with business goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and articulating product vision.
Adept in working within an enterprise setting as part of a broader product portfolio.
Preferred: Experience in product localization for international market relevance.
