Responsibilities

• Spearhead and champion the product strategy and roadmap tailored for the European market.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to market launch.

• Conduct thorough customer and market discovery to identify key challenges and product opportunities.

• Analyze customer insights and market trends to drive informed product decisions and prioritization.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to create and validate innovative product solutions.

• Develop user scenarios, use cases, and localized requirements translated into effective technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design partners to launch products successfully.

• Establish and monitor product success metrics, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Engage with key EMEA customers to drive product adoption and generate compelling success stories.

• Actively participate in Sales and Onboarding processes to promote product direction and aid in achieving optimal customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in a product management role with a successful track record of guiding B2B SaaS products from conception to launch.

• Strong understanding and experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

• Passion for creating seamless user experiences.

• Technical proficiency that bridges technical challenges with business goals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and articulating product vision.

• Adept in working within an enterprise setting as part of a broader product portfolio.

• Preferred: Experience in product localization for international market relevance.
