    Job Title: Senior Program Manager
    Locations: Kansas City, MO, Quincy, MA or Edina, MN – Hybrid schedule in office/remote if not in MO, MA or MN.

    As a Senior Program Manager, you will build and manage an effective program management plan for key strategic clients. In this role, you will identify, develop and manage key initiatives identified by the client to grow and expand their business. Ideally, you will achieve this by interacting, directing and managing high performing teams focused on supporting various client initiatives. This will include regular interaction with clients and internal teams contributing to overall success of our client.

    What You Will Get To Do:

    Accountable for enterprise program management for strategic clients which includes oversight of key initiatives by working with all impacted teams to provide successful outcomes – on time and on budget.

    Meet with executives and management both internally and at client to discuss program initiatives.

    Collaborate with internal teams to determine optimal solutions for both SS&C and client.

    Utilize tools and processes to ensure appropriate visibility and escalation of projects.

    Participate and frequently drive initiatives intended to improve internal processes, streamline costs, train and mentor staff, and improve overall client experience.

    What You Will Bring:

    Experience in the financial services/mutual funds/alternative investment field in broad based account management operations and program management.

    Proven track record with high performing teams meeting or exceeding project execution and delivery.

    Extensive, proven experience managing all facets of asset management lifecycle.

    Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles in the mutual funds field, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.

    Agile leadership skills and deep strategic planning experience

    Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.

    Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.

    Ability to manage multiple high priority items at one time.
