YOUR ROLE
We are offering a full-time remote opportunity to enhance the Multi-Mission Air Defense programs managed from our Syracuse, NY facility.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Crafting compliant Integrated Program Schedules that accurately capture the flow, budget, and resources essential for executing contractual obligations and overarching program strategies.
• Delivering time-phased critical path predictive analyses alongside actionable planning data, and proposing solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Monitoring, tracking, and updating all operational commitments.
• Preparing and coordinating the development of planning artifacts to ensure effective schedule performance management.
• Guaranteeing integration both vertically and horizontally, as well as integrating cost and schedule across all schedules and other program documents.
• Creating modeling and measurement techniques that incorporate risks and opportunities within schedule and cost baselines, conducting schedule risk assessments as necessary.
Utilizing performance and health metrics analyses to inform decisions and drive improvements in program performance.
• Actively contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards, and emerging as an authority in the field within our organization.
• Formulating solutions for complex challenges to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Working autonomously while exercising significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches for assignments.
• Leading, training, and mentoring junior planners to support various programs.
• To excel in this role, you’ll use your interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, influence stakeholder behaviors, and manage multiple deadlines successfully.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining network schedules, conducting integrity checks, and performing critical path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Experience with Deltek tools such as Open Plan and PM Compass.
• Knowledge and experience in Program Performance Management, including Earned Value Management as per EIA-748 standards, cost and schedule integration, and report generation for IPMR/IPMDAR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by attention to detail and the capacity to present to all management levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and thriving in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience with Milestones Professional.
• Familiarity with Acumen.
• Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity Management processes.
• Proposal development experience, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: This role necessitates a government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Work Schedule Options: Lockheed Martin provides various alternative work schedules to enhance employee flexibility, ranging from standard 40-hour workweeks to condensed options that allow for extended time off, in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Position Schedule: 4×10-hour days with 3 days off each week.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position in California and New York typically ranges from $109,200 to $189,290; for other states, compensation will reflect the candidate’s work location. Please note that these figures serve as a general guideline, and Lockheed Martin considers various factors when extending an offer.
