    ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? If you possess over two years of experience as a property adjuster experienced in crafting estimates using Xactimate (with Symbility expertise as a bonus!), we want you on our premier team. You’ll play a crucial role in the autonomous investigation and adjustment of both residential and commercial property and casualty claims.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Timely inspection of claims and effective communication with all involved parties.

    • Conducting thorough investigations to assess claim circumstances for coverage decisions, determining cause, and identifying compensable damages and reserves.

    • Reviewing insurance policies and documentation to assess coverage levels.

    • Generating detailed cost estimates for repair or replacement services.

    • Conducting interviews with claimants and witnesses to gather essential information.

    • Negotiating settlements for first and third-party claims.

    • Managing salvage and subrogation processes as per client requirements.

    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business referrals.

    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

    • Perform any other duties as assigned.

    • Support the organization’s quality programs.

    • Travel as necessary for field assignments.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Licensing

    A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; IIA-AIC designation is required along with the appropriate state adjuster license.

    Experience

    At least two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

    • Commitment to timely reporting and strong customer service.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Capable of meeting or exceeding performance competencies.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

    • Capability to kneel, squat, or bend as needed.

    • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

    • Capability to drive for up to four hours per day, with continual use of manual dexterity.

    Hearing, vision, and verbal communication abilities are also essential.
