- A strong foundation in financial tasks like forecasting (Income Statement/Balance Sheet), P&L analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in the Mortgage or Financial Services industries, with a preference for FP&A, Quantitative Finance, or Risk Management backgrounds.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and metrics, as well as proficiency in analytical and organizational tasks.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including proficiency in keyboard shortcuts and formulas, with expertise in Oracle Hyperion / PBCS, Tableau, SAS, and Alteryx as a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the organization and collaborate effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- An inquisitive nature, eager to engage in research, data analysis, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
As part of our team, you can expect:
- Competitive Salary: Anticipated earnings between $77,000 and $125,000, influenced by your skills and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual incentive program.
