    Location: Remote within the UK (occasional travel to our Cardiff headquarters and client/partner locations)

    Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Double OTE

    Are you a seasoned Account Executive eager to ignite new business and expand relationships in the commercial sector? In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of your territory, confidently leading efforts to secure new logo sales while delivering significant value to your clients.

    Shape our service offerings across various domains, such as Managed Services, Professional Services, and licensing within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

    If you have experience with ServiceNow services (especially as a UK partner), that’s a bonus! However, if you come from a SaaS vendor background focusing on optimizing business workflows or have experience with a SaaS Managed Service Provider (MSP) for privately-owned businesses, we want to hear from you!

    Your understanding of services sales and ability to navigate the end-to-end sales cycle in software services will be your greatest asset. You should be proficient in closing larger deals and eager to qualify leads while maximizing your earning potential month after month.

    Core Responsibilities

    • New Business Development: Discover, engage, and secure fresh business opportunities.
    • Account Expansion: Grow relationships within newly acquired accounts, fostering trust and identifying additional revenue streams.
    • Strategic Business Planning: Create and implement a structured business plan outlining account prioritization, key events, and marketing initiatives.
    • Customized Solutions: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Professional Services, Managed Services, and Licensing to provide tailored solutions focused on delivering outstanding outcomes.
    • Technical Knowledge: Employ your SaaS experience to articulate value-driven solutions, addressing client challenges, and integrating our ServiceNow offerings into their digital transformation strategy.
    • Building Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to enhance client business outcomes and satisfaction.
    • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings on-site when necessary and visit our Cardiff office occasionally to cultivate relationships.
    • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to develop engaging campaigns, events, solutions, and proposals.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications

    • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated success in securing new business within Professional Services, Managed Services, and License sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Experience with MEDDIC: Familiar with organizations that implement the MEDDIC sales qualification framework.
    • Consultative Selling Background: Proven ability to sell consultancy services, effectively communicating the value of complex solutions and successfully closing deals.
    • ServiceNow Knowledge: Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, or workflows, with a solid understanding of their applications and value.
    • Territorial Insight: Solid understanding of prior territories, including awareness of common issues, industry best practices, and market trends.
    • Commercial Awareness: In-depth knowledge of your target market, especially beneficial if you’ve previously sold into the Financial Services or Technology sectors.
    • Closing Large Deals: Track record of successfully closing service deals exceeding £300k.

  • Interview Process

    1) Initial conversation with our Talent Lead to introduce the role and assess mutual fit (via Teams or Phone)
    2) One-on-one call with our Sales Director (via Teams)
    3) Meeting with our Chief of Staff (via Teams)
    4) Panel interview with our CEO, Sales Director, and Chief of Staff (in person at Cardiff office or offsite)
