As a Senior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in our Audit department, working on diverse healthcare performance measurement projects at HSAG. With a keen sense of curiosity and dedication to enhancing healthcare quality, you will conduct healthcare audits, data validation, and performance measurement projects at various stages, including implementation, daily operations, audit support, evaluation, and reporting. Your responsibilities may include developing work plans and report templates, leading contracts and project tasks, overseeing and guiding junior auditors, conducting client meetings, performing research on healthcare topics, leading performance measure validation audits, and providing regular updates to management in Data Science & Advanced Analytics.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
- Contribute significantly as part of HSAG’s Audits department within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team.
- Lead audits focused on performance measure validation.
- Manage multiple client contracts, serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior staff with minimal supervision.
- Oversee supplemental Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) audit operations.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, communicating decisions and information effectively.
- Lead project management tasks and coordinate with partners, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Organize documents and maintain project files on SharePoint and HSAG’s networks, adhering to governance rules.
- Prepare and submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct online research and participate in healthcare training presentations as required.
- Monitor internal quality control and recommend solutions for efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS and non-HEDIS performance measures.
Compensation for this role ranges from $101,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
