Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Prolific, you will be a key force within our Product, Research, and Design Group, driving significant impact and shaping the future of AI. You will report directly to the Product Lead of our Human Data Product Group and collaborate cross-functionally while leading a dedicated stream-aligned team.

Major Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take charge of product management for a stream-aligned team, with accountability for delivering exceptional outcomes that enhance user experience and align with Prolific’s mission.

Your Domain:

You will leverage your expertise in building AI systems or supporting teams in this endeavor. You’ll possess a keen ability to quickly digest and simplify intricate business systems while maintaining vital vendor relationships and staying informed on cutting-edge KYC and Identity Verification technologies. • Utilize your diverse Product management experience to resolve customer challenges and create exciting new opportunities that resonate with Prolific users.
• Enhance our product offerings and the overall product team by launching initiatives that captivate customers and generate business value.
• Act as an enabler and simplifier: colleagues will look to you for solutions, leaving conversations inspired and optimistic.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to innovate and deliver products through an iterative test-learn-iterate methodology.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A rich history of working in technology-focused teams alongside engineers and designers.
• A proven track record of developing user-facing AI-powered products, along with a passion for current AI trends.
• Proficiency in key Product management tools, models, and methodologies, including hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD frameworks, and Growth loops.
• A strong aptitude for data literacy and decision-making driven by data insights.
• Exceptional storytelling ability, a collaborative spirit, a mindset of ‘strong opinions, weakly held’, personal accountability, and an unwavering can-do attitude.

• Experience in a scale-up or startup environment.
