Role Overview:
- Collaborate with a team of professional advisors to deliver consultancy services primarily to clients in the social housing sector, but not exclusively.
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in social housing finance and a strong focus on treasury management and strategy.
- As a self-sufficient professional, you will independently secure and manage client projects, while also benefiting from the technical advice and quality assurance provided by your colleagues.
- Become a central player within DTP’s Core Team, actively engaging with team members to contribute to our business strategy and objectives in a supportive and collegiate environment.

- Creating and executing consultancy projects
- Building and maintaining robust client relationships
- Identifying and developing new areas of work

Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and driven to pursue continuous improvement, delivering exceptional customer service with precision in high-pressure environments.
- Adaptable and flexible in work arrangements, proficient in both independent and team settings as a cooperative team player.
- Advanced proficiency in IT, particularly with financial and business-related software applications.
- Exceptional financial acumen, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in treasury management and strategy.
- Dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Consistent commitment to aligning your work with DTP’s values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA).
