Key Responsibilities

• Craft and uphold a high-performance, resilient client solution that meets customer needs
• Lead the design of complex systems, providing technical oversight for advanced project initiatives
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and effectively communicate your insights with cross-functional teams
• Set high standards for achieving results while taking full ownership of tasks, both independently and collaboratively
• Champion quality by employing best engineering practices relentlessly
• Mentor junior team members, actively fostering their professional growth
• Commit to continuous improvement, constantly challenging the existing frameworks

Your Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering
• A genuine enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, and empowering fellow team members
• Experience in macOS development is preferred, but expertise in iOS, C++, Objective-C, or Swift is also valuable
• A solid grasp of contemporary design patterns
• Experience working within Agile teams and a continuous integration and development framework
• Proficiency in managing the entire software development lifecycle, including product releases in Agile settings
• Experience with automated testing

Additional Assets

• Hands-on exposure to macOS low-level programming
• Familiarity with the Qt framework
• Experience with GitHub Actions workflows or Azure Pipelines
• Knowledge of Ruby
• Ability to analyze and profile code using Xcode’s Instruments
• Experience with Rust
