We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales of Allianz’s in-plan annuity products within the Northeast territory. As a pivotal part of our team, you will engage directly with Independent ERISA Advisory financial advisors through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences. Your goal will be to promote our Lifetime Income + product and nurture relationships with Independent ERISA Advisors, Allianz financial advisors, Asset Management, and key strategic partners. Collaborating with Internal Retirement Consultants, Sales Supervision, and Sales Enablement will be essential to your success. To achieve sales goals, you will leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) landscape along with established sales practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship Development & Sales Growth: Foster, maintain, and expand sales relationships with Specialist ERISA Financial Advisors in your designated area. This entails not just selling products but also offering value through educational content, retirement strategy presentations, and FinTech demonstrations.

  • Territory & Time Management: Efficiently segment and organize your territory using data-driven insights, ensuring your outreach and activities are strategically focused on productive engagements.

  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by enhancing your understanding of our products, competitors, and alternative retirement income strategies through corporate resources and ongoing industry certification.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A background in ERISA Advisory/Defined Contribution Investment Only with 4-5 years of relevant experience and a proven sales track record.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Required licenses: FINRA Series 6 & 63 along with Life Insurance.
  • Openness to travel up to 50% of the time within your territory, along with willingness to participate in evening and weekend business functions. Comfort with virtual presentations and phone interactions is essential.

Compensation Details:

  • Base Salary for the Employer Markets Sr Wholesaler ranges from $112,500 to $125,000, complemented by commission structure linked to territory performance and individual sales achievements.

Legal Requirements:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future immigration sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, L-1, TN). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to sponsorship requirements.
