    Job Summary

    As a Boilermaker I, you will play a pivotal role in industrial projects involving boilers and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of these critical systems, with tasks varying based on specific project needs. You will be encouraged to take on additional responsibilities to help drive our FieldCore vision while aligning with our organizational values.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the repair and assembly of Boiler/HRSG components and systems while ensuring all tasks are conducted safely.

    • Utilize your skills and experience to efficiently complete assigned work within your area of expertise.

    • Continuously develop skills relevant to operational processes within your field.

    • Adhere to standard operating procedures and methods to ensure consistent quality of work.

    • Operate under moderate supervision to foster a safe and productive work environment.

    • Work in confined spaces when necessary and utilize required safety equipment.

    • Complete mandatory safety and technical training as provided by the company.

    • Assist in lifting and moving heavy machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.

    • Take on additional duties as required to support project goals.

    • Be prepared for extensive travel, both domestic and international.

    • Exhibit flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as field assignments demand.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Possess a degree or associate degree in a relevant technical field.

    • Have up to two (2) years of hands-on experience with boiler/HRSG systems.

    • A valid Driver’s License is required.

    • Bring your own minimum essential hand tools to the job.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Entry-level position designed to assess compatibility with the company’s culture, skills, and drive.

    • Receive foundational skills training in essential concepts, practices, and procedures specific to your area of specialization.

    • Work experience with boilers/HRSG systems may substitute for formal education.

    • Experience in industrial outage maintenance is preferred.

    • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience with Boiler/HRSG industrial projects.

    • Familiarity with the installation of manholes, valves, gauges, and feedwater connections in tanks and vessels.

    • Understand the repair processes for boilers, tanks, and vessels through techniques such as unbolting or flame cutting damaged sections.

    • Experience with firing systems and components associated with Boiler/HRSG systems is a plus.

    • Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.

    • Exhibit strong mechanical, technical, and organizational skills while thriving both independently and in collaborative settings.

    • Previous safety training and experience with personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential.

    • Ineffable safety training knowledge.

    • Proficiency in English is preferred.
