This role is ideal for someone with an influencer-style approach to content creation-someone who thrives on producing fresh, engaging video content specifically designed for social media platforms.Responsibilities:Ideate and storyboard social-first video concepts aligned with marketing creative briefs.Produce, film, and edit videos on site.Deliver high-quality edited videos for review and approval.Collaborate with the art director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to refine concepts.Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Qualifications:Proven experience creating video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Strong filming and editing skills with an eye for compelling, on-trend content.Highly communicative, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.Flexible and able to handle multiple rounds of revisions.Comfortable working on-site and engaging in team collaboration.
