About the job
The Data Ethics Practice is looking for a Solution Consultant for Al Governance Advisory to field the increasing demand from customers around the world interested in straight-forward perspectives on using and commercializing Al responsibly. Our customers have routinely inquired about our Al governance journey, and we’ve launched a practice to address this demand. As we build the AI Governance Advisory team, you will play a critical function for customers in the Americas.
You will engage with colleagues, account teams, and customers to advise customers looking to implement AI Governance. This role will report to the Global Head of AI Governance Advisory and will be accountable for providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
As Solution Consultant, AI Governance Advisory, you will:
- Build and study ways to integrate responsible innovation into existing business and innovation processes
- Work with customers to put theory into action
- Develop frameworks that apply across industries
- Present best practices and other findings to internal and external audiences
- Assess policies, controls, and leading practices to advance continuous innovation
- Collaborate with a global team, learning how local cultures and customs might affect implementation of responsible practices
- Researches, understands, and communicates new and emerging industry best practices, laws, and standards – globally
- Contribute to thought leadership publications
- Ensures all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Familiarity with Responsible Innovation, Trustworthy AI, and associated disciplines
- Deep knowledge and experience with AI Governance
- Ability to design bespoke processes, controls, and systems to include responsibility in the product/model development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, slide creation, and analytic skills
- Experience collaborating effectively with a diversity of stakeholders
- Professional-level knowledge of the Al and analytics lifecycle, model governance and evaluative techniques, data chain of custody, and socio-technical methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 25%
