Role Overview:

As an Automation Consultant specializing in Automic/UC4, you will work remotely while having the flexibility to travel throughout the UK and EMEA. With a competitive salary range of £75,000 – £100,000 based on your experience, you’ll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer pension contribution and more.

Your Responsibilities:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a knowledgeable Automation Consultant to join our Services team. In this role, you will provide valuable insights to clients, contribute to various projects, and offer your expertise in our Sales and Marketing initiatives. A primary focus of your job will be obtaining certification with Broadcom and collaborating closely with their team to remain current with product updates. Furthermore, you will keep an eye on industry trends in automation to ensure our services meet evolving market demands.

Here’s what your typical day might involve:

• Providing industry insights to enhance our Sales and Marketing effectiveness
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams on initiatives to promote growth
• Leading engaging product demonstrations for clients
• Working with Sales to develop persuasive proposals showcasing Automic’s solutions to client challenges
• Identifying relevant use cases for reference materials
• Engaging with client stakeholders and vendor account managers as needed
• Facilitating ‘Scoping Workshops’ to gather vital information for compelling proposals
• Comprehending client and industry requirements
• Creating comprehensive high-level design documents
• Overseeing product configuration, upgrades, and implementations
• Coordinating and managing teams effectively
• Ensuring high levels of user adoption for implemented solutions through strong Client Relationship Management

Your Profile:

• Over 5 years of experience as an Automation Consultant or Analyst
• Experience with Automation Presales activities, including scoping Automation Roadmaps for Digital Transformations, effort estimations, pricing, and ROI assessments
• Familiarity with Automation Platforms within large organizations
• Ability to promote Automation’s value to clients’ businesses beyond just functionalities
• Experience in managing delivery teams
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with other departments
• Experience running a Services Practice is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional Northern European languages is a plus)
• Proficient in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
