Your Role: Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with both client and internal teams to craft scalable AI solutions that address the unique challenges faced by our diverse customer base.
• Design, build, and sustain production-grade, secure applications utilizing prominent cloud service platforms.
• Take charge of client demonstrations and presentations, effectively highlighting our innovative solutions.
• Implement data modeling and transformation techniques that support advanced analytics and artificial intelligence projects.
• Dive into state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance our service offerings and broaden our capabilities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in crafting, developing, and maintaining secure applications on leading cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficient in programming languages like Python and SQL, among other relevant technologies.
• Capability to construct AI-driven solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) and methodologies like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based techniques, aided by frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI.
• Expertise in utilizing AI model APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic) alongside rapid prototyping tools like Streamlit, as well as AI-native development instruments like Cursor, to bring concepts to fruition swiftly.
• Outstanding stakeholder relationship management skills, with a knack for building strong connections and confidently leading client presentations and demos.
• Driven by the desire to solve problems in innovative and creative ways.
• Exhibits a sense of ownership, initiative, and a proactive attitude toward challenges, showcasing a co-founder mindset.
• Experience in executing data modeling and transformation processes, including vector stores, to bolster advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
