    Your role will encompass identifying and accelerating pipeline growth while executing Fortanix’s regional sales strategy. You’ll be pivotal in building a sustainable business, achieving ARR booking goals, developing sales pipelines, managing go-to-market initiatives, and enhancing the visibility of our cybersecurity solutions. A comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity sector is essential, along with a proven ability to excel in both new customer acquisition and nurturing existing accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the complete sales cycle, managing everything from prospecting to closing and upselling.
    • Adopt a consultative selling approach, guiding prospects on how Fortanix integrates into their core security infrastructure and operations.
    • Lead strategic sales initiatives at complex enterprise accounts, capitalizing on existing successes and developing the pipeline.
    • Partner with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your own network to pinpoint prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate successful evaluations and proof-of-concept deployments with clients.
    • Continuously collect and analyze market feedback to support the development of new products and initiatives that enhance your success.
    • Nurture customer relationships and satisfaction to secure strong references, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in selling data protection technologies such as encryption, HSMs, key management, and tokenization.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience managing complex enterprise sales processes, including deals over $1M.
    • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, hands-on startup environment.
    • Experience engaging with Global 1000 and financial services organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop intricate enterprise sales, particularly within cybersecurity fields.
    • Expertise in managing Strategic Global Accounts, crafting account strategies, and collaborating effectively across organizational teams and customer bases.
    • Understanding of territory management and knowledge of significant enterprise accounts in the region, especially in relation to cyber and data security.
    • Familiarity with regional resellers and system integrators is essential.
    • Strong consultative selling capabilities and a disciplined approach to the sales process.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
