As a Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent fluent in Spanish and English, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer experiences by bringing a human touch to our business interactions from the comfort of your home.
Join our remote TTEC team, which serves customers in 37 preferred residency states. Please note, we are currently unable to hire from AK, CA, HI, MT, or outside of the U.S. Residents from Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. may be considered based on specific business requirements.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to provide assurance and clarity to our customers. Your day-to-day will involve quickly addressing customer queries, compassionately consulting on health-related products, and resolving issues with a positive attitude—ensuring that every interaction transcends the ordinary and fosters exceptional experiences.
Typical tasks you’ll perform include:
- Guiding individuals in understanding their coverage options while assisting them in selecting the most suitable products and services tailored to their health and financial goals
- Delivering comprehensive customer service and sales support, whether responding to incoming inquiries or initiating outbound follow-ups
- Listening actively and empathetically to customer inquiries and selecting the most efficient solution tailored to their needs
- Identifying additional needs and helping customers upgrade their products or services when appropriate
- Finalizing sales or renewals of health plans that align with customers’ needs, with a focus on achieving sales conversions
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A valid Health Insurance license in your state of residency
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- A minimum of six months of sales experience
- A commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- A strong customer service mindset characterized by empathy, compassion, and excellent listening skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer navigation skills, as this position is fully remote
