We are excited to announce openings for both part-time and full-time remote positions for Spanish-Speaking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Virginia, offering competitive compensation and a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients with diverse developmental disabilities and needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique requirements.
• Oversee and supervise the delivery of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in various settings including home, clinic, and community.
• Analyze client data and make informed treatment decisions based on their progress.
• Provide essential training and support to both staff and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records from intake through to discharge.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBT candidates when required.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) designation through the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• Preferred experience in a supervisory role.
