**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure deliverables match client expectations and company objectives.
– Utilize project management software (such as Microsoft Project and Jira) to track tasks, monitor progress, and produce reports.
– Conduct risk assessments, identify potential obstacles, and propose strategies to keep projects moving forward.
– Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance teamwork.
– Act as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
– Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep clients and senior executives informed about project developments.
– Streamline communication channels in a fast-paced environment to ensure cohesive alignment across teams.
– Analyze current business requirements and gather insights for the development or implementation of Data Governance Platforms.
– Create process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate how proposed changes can improve efficiency and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
– Experience or understanding of Data Governance, including knowledge of data cataloging, MDM, data quality, or data lineage practices.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing project management and business analysis.
– Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
– A proactive learner with a drive to exceed expectations.
– Competence in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
– Expertise in implementing project management best practices, including project plans, status reports, issue resolution logs, and risk management plans.
– Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
