    Title: Sr Sales Operations Analyst (REMOTE)
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 3 Months


    Assist with sales incentive compensation administrative tasks including the calculation of monthly and quarterly sales compensation.
    Partner with 3rd party vendor (IQVIA) for US sales incentive processing
    Validation and reconciliation of monthly and quarterly sales compensation amounts
    Support the sales roster management process including documentation and tracking of new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to job role.
    Document exceptions to standard sales commissions processes each pay cycle including one-off exceptions and special circumstances that impact payouts.
    Track leaves of absence while ensuring sales compensation is paid out accurately based on amount of time on leave.
    Manage and own the vacant territory coverage process including requests and approvals.
    Manage 2024 sales incentive calendar and cadence of tasks. Draft an annual calendar to ensure all incentive compensation tasks are planned for and executed on time.
    Manage and own ad-hoc requests from the sales organization to add HCPs into CRM. Conduct other basic data entry tasks.
    Manage and own ad-doc requests from the sales organization to change and update HCP information in the CRM system.
    Create reports and analysis that showcase sales incentive metrics including total spend, earnings vs. target, sales goal attainment, etc.

    Required Skills:

    Microsoft Excel 3-5 Years
    Understanding of sales compensation process and calculation 3-5 Years
    Data/Financial Analysis and reporting 3 Years minimum
    Basic understanding of CRM systems
    Data entry
    Data management
