In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with and provide guidance and support to both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, from presales and setup to installation and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support our processes and systems.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering and Operations, encompassing systems, software, and infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of experience in directly supporting external customers, focusing on solutions, customer success, or support.
• Proficiency in orchestration and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including design, deployment, and management.
• Solid understanding of cloud services, particularly in compute, networking, and storage.
• Familiarity with AKS, EKS, and GKE environments.
• A strong cloud-native mindset.
• Essential Linux skills, including Bash and Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
