About Blueprint
Blueprint is dedicated to equipping therapists with exceptional tools that allow them to prioritize what truly matters—delivering outstanding mental health care. Our innovative AI assistant is designed specifically for therapists, alleviating the burden of administrative tasks and empowering them to work at the highest level of their expertise. With Blueprint, therapists experience seamless support that enhances their client interactions, transforming traditional software into an indispensable ally akin to having a top-tier executive assistant.
Currently, more than 40,000 therapists utilize Blueprint, enriching the lives of countless clients. As we successfully align our product with market needs, we are rapidly expanding to meet increasing demand.
Our flat organizational structure ensures a cohesive and dedicated team. We seek individuals who are inquisitive, inventive, and truly passionate about enhancing mental health care. We operate with a remote-first mindset (restricted to U.S. and Canada for the moment) and gather in person a few times each year to foster connections, share joy, and collaboratively shape the future of mental health support.
Your Role:
As we grow, we are looking for a full-time Business Development & Partner Support Representative to spearhead our top-of-funnel growth initiatives through both outbound strategies and partner success. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between partner enablement, strategic outreach, and early-stage opportunity development, allowing us to connect with more therapists via partnerships, outbound sales, and affiliate lead generation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through targeted outbound efforts and responsive inbound lead follow-up.
- Evaluate and qualify leads, coordinating meetings for the sales team while meticulously documenting interactions within our CRM system.
- Partner Enablement & Development
- Provide our partners with effective sales tools, detailed case studies, and clear messaging.
- Enhance partner-sourced opportunities by supporting co-marketing initiatives and training sessions.
- Act as the dedicated sales liaison for a select group of strategic partners on a daily basis.
- Affiliate Recruitment and Support
- Assist in recruiting and ensuring the success of affiliate referrers.
- Create micro-campaigns for affiliates designed to boost lead generation.
What You Bring:
- Business Development & Sales Expertise
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation.
- A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies and effective pipeline management.
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skillful in crafting persuasive outreach messages and professional presentations.
- Active listening skills with the capacity to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Comfortable utilizing data analytics tools for tracking and reporting sales performance.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-driven and proactive in problem-solving approaches.
- Collaborative Mindset
- Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to contribute to team objectives and the overarching company mission.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a startup or with a focus on channel/affiliate-driven businesses.
Why Join Blueprint?
- Be a part of a high-performing team that emphasizes organization and execution.
- Make a meaningful impact—your contributions will directly support growth and scalability.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a remote-first culture, working from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary along with equity options.
- Fully remote work environment—no office, no commuting hassles.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance with 75% of your premiums covered by Blueprint.
- Join us for semi-annual team gatherings (in Chicago!) for connection and fun.

- Opportunities for professional growth and to influence our product direction.
- Join a friendly and mission-oriented team of hard-working colleagues.
