Job Description
As a consumer product manager at Sense, you’ll take the lead in developing initiatives that empower users to gain insight into their energy usage and discover innovative ways to save.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product marketing to elevate the user experience.
- Manage the engineering backlog, prioritizing features while crafting requirements that align with user insights and business objectives.
- Conduct continuous user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify their needs and challenges.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to guide the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to launch and iterative improvements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
- Strong prowess in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- A genuine passion for user experience and a commitment to crafting products that resonate with customers.
- Capacity to translate broad objectives and market insights into detailed product roadmaps and clear definitions.
- Prior experience collaborating directly with design and engineering teams is essential.
- Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Salary range of $120,000 to $140,000.
