The Opportunity

As a result of our ongoing growth and success, we are on the lookout for a talented Recruitment Manager to take charge of our thriving Distribution (Sales & Marketing) Recruitment division. In this role, you’ll join a dynamic and inclusive team dedicated to sourcing Senior-level talent within the flourishing investment management landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Resourcing staff and Junior Consultants to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with clients to attract diverse and inclusive candidates in the investment management arena.
• Be a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, both within our agency and with our clients.
• Manage and nurture key client relationships, including interactions with HR and Line Managers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing positions on target clients’ Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates through face-to-face interactions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with junior team members.
• Stay abreast of market trends and developments to provide insightful consultancy services to clients.
• Support team members in achieving their targets while offering training and assistance as needed.
• Strive to attract top-tier talent (‘A Players’) to our agency.
• Drive business initiatives with innovative and strategic thinking.
• Contribute meaningfully to the overarching business strategy and vision.

Your Profile

• Demonstrable experience in the recruitment sector.
• Background in financial services recruitment is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer service-driven mindset.
• Degree-level education.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit and team-focused attitude.
