The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Manager will play a key role in empowering our sales teams with comprehensive knowledge, resources, and skills essential for success.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust training programs that accelerate new hire onboarding and provide continuous development for current sales team members, driving their productivity and success.
- Create and manage a variety of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, case studies, and product information sheets.
- Oversee the upkeep of our training portal and resource library within Showpad.
- Develop and lead engaging training sessions on sales technologies and tools, including Salesforce.
- Plan and facilitate training classes, delivering top-quality instruction through various formats like virtual webinars and in-person sessions.
- Assess and manage sales tools and technologies in collaboration with sales operations to refine sales processes and boost efficiency.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align our messaging and resources with overall sales objectives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, adapting enablement strategies as necessary.
- Provide insightful guidance to managers regarding employee professional development.
- Offer ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives, ensuring they maximize the use of available resources and tools.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Development team to ensure alignment of training programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to guide sales training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the technology sector; B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful sales enablement programs.
- Strong grasp of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and transform insights into practical strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools; familiarity with Showpad is a plus.
- Proven collaborative skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Competence in delivering clear, confident training to diverse user groups.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities suitable for a global audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to occasionally work Sunday evenings for onboarding sessions targeting the APAC region.
