In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to expanding our R&D consulting services across Europe. Your mission will be to elevate our market presence, cultivate a robust customer network, and seek out new projects that enable our clients to navigate complex business challenges successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development initiatives by uncovering and generating new project opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and crafting compelling proposals that address their needs effectively.
• Utilize your extensive network to develop business prospects and foster new relationships.
• Serve as the R&D consulting lead for one of our prestigious enterprise accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for both strategic and tactical inquiries.
• Collaborate in creating impactful campaigns, innovative offerings, and thought leadership that set R&D consulting apart in the marketplace.
• Lead diverse project engagement teams, empowering them to oversee all delivery aspects, from project scope to quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• A substantial background in management and R&D consulting, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences sector, specifically in clinical operations.
• A rich network of influential stakeholders within prominent Life Sciences companies.
• Proven credibility in engaging with senior-level clients and key stakeholders in the industry.
• A strong history of securing new, high-impact customer engagements.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing digital transformation and R&D improvement programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the R&D value chain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multiple European languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) along with English.
• Familiarity with various digital technologies, including platforms, channels, analytics, apps, and emerging technologies.
• Insight into Veeva’s broader solutions and how they can enhance R&D consulting services.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Veeva certification on relevant R&D products.
