Summary

Join our dynamic team at Xpedition as a Senior Business Central Functional Consultant, playing a vital role in developing our Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice alongside our Customer Engagement and Data & Insights Practices. We are seeking a skilled consultant who excels in understanding client needs and designing tailored D365 or Dynamics NAV software solutions. This position involves frequent client interactions, and successful candidates will participate in workshops, training sessions, and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions
• Leading engaging workshops with clients to drive understanding and collaboration
• Documenting customer needs and implementing Business Central/NAV at client locations, alongside providing ongoing training and support

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Business Central Certified Professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience working with a partner organization
• A proven consultant background with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV or alternative Financials/ERP solutions
• Deep understanding of finance principles
• Proficient in producing comprehensive documentation
• Ability to thrive under pressure, functioning well both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in demonstrating software solutions (previous experience preferred)
• History of meeting deadlines consistently
• Expertise in crafting business communications, including specifications, emails, quotes, proposals, and reports
• Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a willingness to go above and beyond
• Appreciation for business dynamics, deadlines, and client expectations
• Client-facing role requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent practical experience

• Comfortable with a consulting lifestyle, including traveling to client sites, working from the office, and occasionally working extended hours or spending nights away
• Possession of a valid United Kingdom driving license
