    Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Syndication Product Manager to drive the optimization of product content distribution across retail and e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will focus on executing key initiatives from our product roadmap, particularly around attribute value mapping, content transformation, and digital catalog management. You will also oversee product variants and ensure high-quality, accurate representation of product content across multiple channels. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an ability to develop executive-level dashboards, and a proactive approach to delivering projects on time.

    Job requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the syndication and optimization of product content across various e-commerce and retail platforms.
    • Manage initiatives involving attribute value mapping, product data transformation, and content optimization to enhance digital catalog experiences.
    • Oversee the handling of product variants and ensure seamless integration of product content across multiple platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX and Engineering, to align on product data standards, driving continuous improvements in data quality.
    • Play a pivotal role in executing the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and accelerating high-priority initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain executive dashboards to report on key performance metrics and project statuses.
    • Support potential client interactions to gather feedback on product content and syndication strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on e-commerce and product content syndication.
    • Expertise in PIM (Product Information Management) and MDM (Master Data Management) systems.
    • Proven track record of managing product content for distribution across retail and e-commerce platforms.
    • Solid experience in attribute value mapping, product variants, and digital catalog management.
    • Familiarity with content transformation processes and the ability to improve data quality standards.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and present executive-level dashboards.
    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in large-scale e-commerce environments.
    • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for project management and wireframing.
    • Ability to engage with clients to gather feedback and improve product content strategies.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment where team members contribute to both strategy and execution.

    This role is a nine-month contract with the potential for extension, focusing on the acceleration of key initiatives on our product roadmap. The ability to quickly integrate with the team and take ownership of projects will be critical to success.
