    Join us in shaping the future of the KnowBe4 brand through innovative marketing strategies and dynamic campaigns. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the charge in promoting and positioning our brand effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with KnowBe4 HQ’s messaging and objectives.
    • Build and nurture robust partnerships with the Sales team to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition efforts.
    • Oversee the setup and management of all lead generation initiatives.
    • Create engaging email marketing campaigns featuring compelling calls to action, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
    • Optimize the design, content, layout, and messaging of direct marketing communications while effectively segmenting our customer base.
    • Leverage historical data and performance metrics to drive strategic planning, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing best practices.
    • Analyze, forecast, and track campaign outcomes and conversion activities to facilitate insightful analysis.
    • Evaluate campaign performance and refine lead nurture processes to boost conversion rates.
    • Utilize dashboards, CRM systems, and marketing analytics reports to assess and enhance our lead generation marketing efforts.
    • Investigate and pilot new marketing lead campaigns in collaboration with existing and prospective media vendors to broaden our reach, reduce cost-per-lead, and elevate lead quality in partnership with KnowBe4 HQ.
    • Design effective landing pages and lead generation forms to promote our content across relevant programs.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed about digital marketing trends, new channels, and strategies.
    • Assist in managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including overseeing organic search performance and setting goals based on site impressions, click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
    • Keep pace with the latest developments in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
    • Support the creation and management of all paid search campaigns (PPC).
    • Collaborate with US teams to generate shareable content tailored for specific social media networks to amplify our brand, content, and links.
    • Partner with content marketers and blog contributors to craft high-quality content and webinars focusing on important and relevant topics.
    • Work alongside channel marketing to develop effective, sustainable, and measurable channel marketing programs.
    • Assist in event selection and management, ensuring alignment with messaging consistency, event attendance, and best practices.
    • Handle all administrative tasks such as budget oversight, managing purchase requests, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining lead lists promptly.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • CIM Certification/Diploma is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
    • A proactive attitude towards learning new methodologies and technologies.
    • A minimum of three years of marketing management experience.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or similar is advantageous.
    • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a bonus.
    • A contagious positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
