Join our dynamic team in a Remote Hybrid role, where you have the flexibility to work from your home office while residing in the region you support.
As a Regional Technical Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting both internal and external clients who install, repair, and maintain heating and air-conditioning systems, with a specific emphasis on Commercial VRV/VRF products. You will also conduct training sessions aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and aligning with departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert support to dealers and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Monitoring early warning systems and conducting proactive field intelligence and reliability investigations.
- Collecting the Voice of the Customer by visiting job sites to address concerns and identify potential quality issues.
- Validating product installations in accordance with specifications and providing feedback to corporate concerning any necessary updates to field or building codes.
- Communicating effectively regarding Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and ensuring understanding of service bulletins, while providing feedback on corrective actions.
- Conducting installation and technical support training, especially targeting dealers with higher failure rates.
- Creating comprehensive training materials for workshops and sessions.
- Ensuring efficient, high-quality service operations that meet cost and time requirements both internally and externally.
- Facilitating open communication channels with customers for optimal responsiveness.
- Overseeing a team of service technicians, coordinating their training, and implementing suggested improvements across various company divisions.
- Maintaining updated processes, enhancing process efficiency, and overseeing the training and execution related to these processes.
- Actively participating in additional projects and activities to support ongoing business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; HVAC training or certification is a must.
- Strong technical background in HVAC systems, alongside mechanical and electrical proficiency.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a solid HVAC technical understanding.
- High attention to detail and proficient problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Travel may be required, up to 30%.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $107,550.00 to $134,695.00.
