Experience & Relevant Qualifications:

Client Consultation:

• Engage with clients to grasp their business challenges and objectives.
• Perform thorough evaluations of existing technological frameworks, software systems, and operational processes.
• Spot areas for enhancement and propose effective technology solutions.

Team Management:

• Guide and nurture the growth of team members, fostering an environment steeped in learning and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert technical support to developers, assisting them in overcoming intricate challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to ensure project resources are adequately allocated, maintaining workload balance for timely delivery.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of new technical team members.
• Spot opportunities for innovation and process enhancements within projects and the organization at large.
• Initiate the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and practices that will boost development efficiency and quality.
• Assess technical risks and challenges in projects, formulating strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Utilize your technical expertise in client meetings, simplifying complex concepts into easily digestible information.
• Offer insightful guidance on technology stacks, software architecture, and industry best practices in software development.
• Work alongside the CTO and senior leadership to communicate technical progress and manage expectations, challenges, and resolutions effectively.
• Ensure that all technical deliverables meet client and stakeholder standards for quality, functionality, and timeliness.
• Engage with clients to challenge conventional thinking, ensuring a thorough exploration of all available options and solutions.

Technical Leadership and Support:

• Oversee the technical components of projects within your domain, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance adequacy.
• Partner with the CTO to shape and realize the architectural vision for projects.
• Establish, uphold, and promote coding standards and best practices throughout the development team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to Software Engineers, ensuring top-notch code quality and adherence to project timelines.
