Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Project Manager to spearhead and guide our development initiatives. This dynamic role requires collaboration with developers, product managers, and the CTO to facilitate project success and provide hands-on support as needed.
A strong background in Node.js development and a solid history of launching successful products are essential for this position. Additionally, you will be adapting to a modular development pattern and building upon the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack for our projects. Previous experience with a peer-to-peer stack is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and organize daily development activities with precision.
Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment.
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure on-time delivery that aligns with project timelines.
Champion improvements in processes and practices.
Regularly communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple projects in a technical environment.
2+ years of software development experience with a focus on Node.js.
A foundational understanding of peer-to-peer systems is required.
Familiarity with Python, C++, and Rust is an advantage.
A track record of successfully launching products is crucial.
Deep understanding of system architecture, microservices, and best development practices.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience managing developers across various experience levels.
Familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
